There’s no rush：急ぐ必要はありません
There’s no rush は相手に対して「急がなくて大丈夫ですよ」と伝える際の定番のフレーズです。rush は「急ぐ・慌ただしい」という意味の名詞です。 I’m in no rush と言えば「私は急いでいません」となります。日本語と同じように「ラッシュアワー」は英語でも the rush hour や the rush などと言い、朝のラッシュであれば morning rush となります。
I left home early to avoid the morning rush で「朝のラッシュを避けるため家を早く出た」になります。
逆に急ごうと言うときには Hurry up が思い浮かびますが、目上の人や、親などには We need to hurry や We need to rush と言いましょう。
