Do you fancy coming to ～：～に行きませんか？
Do you fancy coming to ～ は「～に来たいと思いませんか？」ということから転じて「～に行きませんか？」となります。fancy は日本語で「可愛い」を思い浮かべる人が多いと思いますが、他動詞で使うと「～を好む／～を気に入る」という意味になり fancy ＋ 〇〇ing の型 で「〇〇したい」という意味になります。
