In that case：それじゃあ／それなら
相手の言ったことに対して「それなら」と伝えるときのフレーズです。 case は「場合／事例／状況」という意味なので、In that case を直訳すると「そういう状況のときは／そういうことであれば」ですが、転じて会話的には「それなら／んじゃ」のような感じで使うことができます。
