available は「利用可能な／入手可能な」という意味の形容詞です。一見、難しそうな単語ですが用途が広く、とっても便利ですので使い方をマスターしましょう。 A is available で「Aが手に入ります」となります。available は形容詞なので、主語のAに合わせた is や are などの be 動詞を忘れずに。You can use free Wi-Fi here も同じような意味になります。
