《 no + 名詞 》は no は後続の名詞の存在を完全に打ち消して「少しも〜がない」という意味になります。なので no drugstores は「ドラッグストアがない」ということを言っています。
no の後ろには 《数えられる名詞…複数形》も《数えられない名詞》も続けることができます。数えられる場合には複数形にするのが基本です。
