📝【①：「邪魔にならない」と言いたいときの out of the way】
I’ll stay out of the way.：邪魔にならないようにします。
out of the way は直訳すると「道の外に外れて」ということです。そこから転じて「道の外に外れて＝邪魔をしない位置にずれる」つまり「邪魔をしない」というフレーズになります。自分がその空間・場所から邪魔にならないように移動するときや、物理的に、モノや人をどかすというときにも使われます。
get out of the way of ~ というと「～の邪魔にならないようにする」と具体的に述べることもできます。Get out of the way．と言うと「どいてよ」みたいなニュアンスで使うこともできます。

out of the way には「邪魔をしない」という意味のほか、面倒な仕事、難しいことや嫌なことが「片付いた・終わった」といった意味もあります。
A is out of the way. で「Aが片付いた・終わった」 A is get out of the way. で「Aを片付ける・終わらせる」ということです。
Let's get this out of the way. と言うと、さっさと終わらせなきゃいけないニュアンスが強くなります。
