I'm not in the mood.：そんな気分じゃないです。
相手に誘われた時などに断るときの定番のフレーズです。日本語だと mood は「雰囲気」の意味で使われていますが、本来は「気分／機嫌」という使い方でbe in the mood で「気分が乗っている」になります。
何に乗らないのかを具体的に言いたいときには［to ＋ 動詞 やfor ＋ 名詞］をつけて I'm not in the mood for ～「～について乗り気じゃないよ」のように伝えることができますが、 通常の会話ではI'm not in the mood だけが一般的です。逆に乗り気な時には to や for をつけて I'm in the mood for Italian. などと言います。

⏩ ドラマの会話のように whatever だけで、言い方やニュアンスを変えると「そんなのどうでもいい」とか「何でもいけど」みたいに相手のことに若干呆れたときに使うフレーズになります。
